How to request a refund
Email bnatharuch@gmail.com with subject “Ranasi Pro refund”, your purchase email, and your Paddle receipt or transaction ID. You may also use the buyer support links in your Paddle receipt email. Refunds are processed by Paddle back to your original payment method.
Subscriptions
Ranasi Pro is billed yearly through Paddle. Canceling a renewal stops future charges; it does not by itself refund the current paid period. Refunds for the current period follow the 30-day guarantee above.
