Refund Policy

Last updated: August 24, 2026. Applies to Ranasi Basic, Pro, and Enterprise purchases processed through Paddle as Merchant of Record. Ultimate is invoiced through sales. Free has no charge.

30-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with Ranasi for any reason, contact us within 30 days of your purchase date for a full refund. No questions asked.

How to request a refund

Email support@ranasi.com with subject “Ranasi refund”, your purchase email, and your Paddle receipt or transaction ID. You may also request a refund through the links in your Paddle receipt email or via paddle.net. Refunds are processed by Paddle back to your original payment method.

Subscriptions

Ranasi Free is 10 fields in the browser extension. Basic is billed monthly ($5) or yearly ($50). Pro is billed monthly ($12) or yearly ($120). Enterprise is billed monthly ($49) or yearly ($490) and includes native desktop. Ultimate is a sales quote ($2k/month or $20k/year with Ops Floor) — not a Chrome Store checkout. You may cancel a paid renewal at any time to stop future charges. Within 30 days of a paid purchase, you may still request a full refund under the guarantee above.

Paddle refund policy

Purchases are also covered by Paddle’s Refund Policy and Paddle’s Checkout Buyer Terms. Where those terms or local consumer law give you stronger rights, those rights apply.
