Generate/merge many forms stay on Enterprise ($49/month or $490/year) and Ultimate ($2k/month or $20k/year).

Can I generate many forms from one file?

Yes on Enterprise and Ultimate. One file can create multiple forms: JSON with forms[], multi-sheet Excel (one form per sheet), or text/prompt/Word/PDF with === Form: Name === sections. Download plan-sized sample packs for every document type (100 on Enterprise · 1,000 on Ultimate), then use ✦ Generate forms — still capped at your plan limit. Merge forms appends from ranasi-forms.json without replacing existing forms.

Do you provide sample packs for every generate kind?

Yes on Enterprise and Ultimate. In Options → Samples (or Form Lab), download a real Prompt, Text, JSON, Excel (.xlsx multi-sheet), Word, PDF, or Image pack sized to your plan — 100 forms on Enterprise, 1,000 on Ultimate. Edit optional, then Generate forms or Merge forms.

Can I generate a form from Excel, CSV, Word, PDF, or an image?

Yes. Every plan accepts prompt, image, Excel, CSV, Word, text, PDF, or JSON for one form (clipped to your cap). Multi-sheet Excel and multi-form JSON/text add several forms in one step on Enterprise and Ultimate. To extract labeled values from an invoice or PO (not design a schema), use Document scan — Options → Scan document — not this Generate path.

Is Generate form the same as Document scan?

No. Document scan (Enterprise / Ultimate) reads a photo or PDF of any document and extracts labeled values into a form you can Auto-Fill. Generate form from image builds a form schema from a screenshot or file. Scan ID is national ID or passport only (all plans) at ranasi.com/#scan.

What is Export as generate source?

On Enterprise and Ultimate, open Options → Forms → Export to download your form as a generate source: Prompt (.txt), Text (.txt), JSON (.json), Excel/CSV (.csv), Word (.docx), PDF (.pdf), or Image (.png). Re-import with Generate form using the same kind — edit optional. Every plan also has form/layout backup export/import (clipped). For many forms at once, use Generate forms with a multi-form JSON on Enterprise / Ultimate.

Does generating a form upload my data permanently?

Generation uses the Ranasi API over HTTPS. The resulting form, field values, and uploads stay on your device. Payment card fields are stripped from Server AI. See Security and Privacy.
